1st, 2nd or 3rd year apprentice chef required at our busy restaurant. Adult apprentices welcome.
Eureka Bistro has been open 45 years and is an institution in Ballarat. We have an opening to join the back of house team in the kitchen, learning and producing our extensive menu of over 150 dishes.
You will work under our qualified chefs whilst you learn the role and will continue with us after you complete your training.
- Currently registered and undertaking apprenticeship with a local provider, or ready to resume and have paperwork for what you’ve done so far. 1st years will be provided with paperwork through MEGT/Federation University.
- Sound physical fitness, we may require a pre-employment medical.
- English proficiency. Applicants of all backgrounds welcome.
Full time, ongoing with full benefits. You will be required to work weekends consistently.
Our rosters don’t rotate or change much, your hours will be steady and the same hours every week.
