Our Customer Service Representative provide high quality customer service support to our clients by using a range of communication methods such as the telephone, live chat, social media and other channels supported by Concentrix.
About the role…
We are looking for experienced customer service professionals who have a real passion for providing outstanding customer support as well as problem solving.
You need to be ready to work in a busy and fast paced call centre environment. This role is to provide our customers exceptional service and support to resolve their enquiries. Our advisors are responsible for handling customer enquires via social media, live chat, email and telephone.
This role could be suitable for a recent high school graduate with at least 6 months customer service experience which can show us the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

This is a Part Time role offering 15-20 hours per week over 3 days average.
You must be available to work on a rotating roster.
Our site is located in Ballarat and our operating hours are:
Monday to Sunday – 6am to 10pm
The start date for this role is late September 2017.
You will be required to attend part time training for the first 3 weeks
