Applications are invited from experienced persons within the
hospitality industry to join our young and dynamic kitchen team in
Ballarat. The successful applicant must show initiative, drive and be
passionate about the food industry.
We are looking for someone who can work with minimal
supervision and has the ability to build a rapport with kitchen and floor staff
rapidly. You will require a sense of precision, anticipation, sense of
humour and a sense of priority. Of course you will also have excellent standards
of hygiene and cleanliness and be able to maintain safe working practices at
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to follow & lead,
supervise and motivate team members with a minimum of 2 years experience in a
similar hospitality environment.
Your duties will include but not be restricted to;
with Franchisee, Restaurant Manager and kitchen staff
COS and stock control
with food suppliers
for service periods
- co-ordinate and train kitchen staff
staff presentation and ensure high standards are upheld
We would expect you to have the following;
genuine passion for providing high quality customer service
food handlers certificate
capacity to lead, supervise and motivate staff
Salary will be discussed at interview and will be dependant
upon applicants experience.
