This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, energetic and hardworking Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a part time basis. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be supporting the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved throughout the accommodation rooms and public areas. In addition, you will ensure your team is managed and operate in-line with our standards, health and safety requirements and operating procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will be a positive, confident person with the ability to motivate and lead your team to ensure your high standards are maintained. Your ability to work well under pressure and high attention to details is crucial. You can work independently as well as part of a team, with a friendly and cheerful outlook you will not be afraid of physical work.
Flexibility and comradery is crucial to this role, with hours spread across a 7-day roster. Shifts commence between 8-9am and hours can fluctuate depending on the occupancy levels.
