Baker’s Brew are looking for a highly organised and competent Admin Assistant to work 10 hours per week in the Ararat store and ad-hoc (estimate 1-10 hours) for our Ballarat shop. You must be experienced with Xero, Accounts Receivable and have a high level of skill with Microsoft Office.
Key Selection Criteria
- Experienced with Xero accounting software
- Min 2 years Accounts experience (Wages, Payable and Receivable)
- Flexible with hours
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Experience in the retail industry preferred
- Rostering and staff management experience is desirable
