We are looking for three suitably enthusiastic Pizza Chef/Cooks for our busy Italian Restaurant.
Our most valuable assets are our staff. As we get busier, we are looking for new individuals who want a change of pace and to step it up into a large format Italian Restaurant.
Two of you will be someone who’s worked in restaurants before. Ideally, you’ll have done pizza’s before and have some idea how dough is made from scratch. You’ll enjoy working in front of people because our bar is visible to the public and enjoy the rush of the busy period that happens every night during service. You won’t have to deal with a wood fired oven with us.
We’ll also take at one person who wants to enter the industry and has initiative and the temperament to match the demands of hospitality.
We’re a flexible employer offering you permanent part or full time with obvious weekend hours. We don’t rotate our rosters, so you’ll have guaranteed time off every week. We don’t do casuals on call either. We contact all applicants even if unsuccessful cause there’s nothing worse than not hearing anything back.

Coming from Melbourne or somewhere other than Ballarat? We’re open to footing some relocation costs but conditions apply.

Full or Part time by negotiation.

Salary range by experience (FTE): $48,000 -> $56,000 plus superannuation.
