as Manger of the Third Rock Cafe you will have an opportunity to set your aims and create a flexible Cafe environment catering for off the street passers by to school group meals and larger public events, generally numbers known in advance for larger events. You will work with the Observatory Management to set your own pace as you grow the business, generous support to take a first step in running a Cafe or for an experienced manager to create a unique Cafe setting and develop it further.
