Ballarat Health Services are seeking dynamic, energetic Critical Care Registered Nurses to work in the Intensive Care Unit.

The Intensive Care Unit is a mixed Intensive Care, High Dependency and Coronary Care unit seeking staff with exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to quality and a demonstrated leadership capability. The Ballarat Health Services ICU admits on average 1400 patients/year and delivers specialty care including renal replacement and invasive mechanical ventilation.

Working within a close-knit multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practice and service delivery to our clients and their families within the Intensive Care Unit.

There are multiple positions available with a requirement to work a mix of night and day shifts with the option to work an 8/8/10 or 12 hour roster depending on personal circumstance and preference.
