Ballarat Health Services is seeking a dynamic, energetic Nurse Unit Manager to work in Acute Operations Directorate, specifically, the Dialysis Unit.

The position available is a Senior Nurse Manager role within Ballarat Health Services. This experienced Renal/Dialysis Nursing role (minimum 5 years as an renal/dialysis nurse) entails the daily operational management of the dialysis unit , with key responsibilities including staff training and education, support for strategic processes within BHS and broadly nursing leadership within BBH.

Salary and conditions are commensurate with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector Single Interest Employers) enterprise agreement 2016-2020 – salary packaging is also available from BBH. Division 1 nursing registration is mandatory, as is AHPRA Registration. Minimum Renal/Dialysis experience of 5 years should be demonstrated and management experience would be considered advantageous to your application.
