We are looking for nurses with a passion for aged care, a strong focus on resident centred care and who can demonstrate an ability to work within our organisational values of Teamwork, Respect, Accountability and Compassion.
The successful applicants will be excellent communicators with a sound understanding/knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Standards and Quality outcomes.
Suitable applicants must also demonstrate competence in the following behaviours:
- Initiating Action
- Work Standards
- Stress Tolerance
- Managing Work (including Time Management)
Successful applicants must have the availability to work e.g. across all shifts including 8hour/ 6hour/ 10 hour shifts , AM, PM and nights over 7/5 days of the week, by roster.
