Ballarat Health Services seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team part-time as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM). Our team is growing with the commencement of 7 days per week operation of our Perinatal Mental Health Inpatient Unit, Mother and Family Unit (MaFU)

As the successful applicant you will have extensive clinical experience, preferably at least 5 years in the area of adult and perinatal mental health and desirable you possess or be working towards completion of a Managerial Qualification.

You will be able to work collaboratively and consultatively as part of a multidisciplinary team, have demonstrated leadership ability and have a clear understanding of the managerial responsibilities of an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practise and service delivery to our clients and their families within the perinatal mental health department.
