50 hours per fortnight Until April 2021
Patient Services currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team. This position requires the successful applicant to work in both the Emergency Reception and Admission areas.
This role within Patient Services, provides administrative and clerical support across Information Management, as well as excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
The role calls for applicants with a high degree of flexibility, initiative, an eye for detail and willingness to learn. In addition, high level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a tight knit team are paramount. Well-developed computer and time management skills are essential and the successful applicant will need to have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
There is up to approximately 50hrs per fortnight available, however please note this is limited tenure based.
Shifts fall across all days of the week and depending on the shift, will have different commencement times and shift length variances.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Registering Patients in the Patient Administration System
•Processing Admissions in the Patient Administration System
•Liaising with Patients
•Reception & General Administrative Tasks
