Grampians BreastScreen is a service of BreastScreen Victoria and part of BreastScreen Australia. Ballarat Health Services is the fund holder for Grampians BreastScreen and seeks the services of a part-time (0.4 EFT) Receptionist for screening and assessment based at the Queen Elizabeth Centre, Ballarat.
Grampians Breast Screen is a close, cohesive, motivated team requiring frontline receptionist for duties including the following:
Provision of confidential receptionist services for the Grampians BreastScreen Program – greeting the women, processing their paperwork and preparing them for the Radiographer to screen.
Perform diverse range of clerical, reception and data entry duties.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in Women’s Health is advantageous but not essential.
Experience with data entry in a health information system.
Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise work load.
High standards for accuracy and efficiency
Ability to regularly reassess work practices looking for redundancies and efficiency improvements.
Tuesday – 9.00am-6.00pm
Wednesday 8.30am- 5.00pm
Availability for additional work for leave cover would be advantageous.
