Ballarat Health Services has an opportunity for a Gardner to join our Grounds and Garden team. Duties will include installing and maintaining grounds and gardens throughout Ballarat Health Services sites across the Ballarat Region.

We are looking for a motivated candidate who can deliver a high standard of work performance, flexibility, initiative, an eye for detail and willingness to learn. You will have good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment and without supervision. A Horticulture trade certificate will be highly regarded.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate who is interested in a garden maintenance career with the largest employer in the Ballarat region.
