An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced senior Registered Nurse who is dynamic and highly motivated to join our vibrant team as an ANUM at Talbot Place.

Talbot Place is a 30 bed residential facility with a progressive and innovative NUM, leading best practice and contemporary care.

We are looking for nurses with a passion for aged care, a strong focus on resident centred care and who can demonstrate an ability to work within our organisational values of Compassion, Team Work, Respect and Accountability.

Suitable applicants must also demonstrate competence in the following behaviours:

A minimum of 5 years clinical experience with proven leadership ability and an understanding and/or experience with ACFI and the accreditation standards are all preferred.

Successful applicants must have the availability to work across all shifts including AM, PM and Nights over a 7 day week by roster.

This position is predominately night duty but there will be a requirement to work AM and PM shifts at times.
