The role

The Pool Service Technician role will see you undertake a range of pool and spa maintenance, service, and repair activities for Bridgewade’s diverse range of clients. From changing pool pumps, to water quality testing, you will apply your natural attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure every job delivers on Bridgeswade’s commitment to service and quality.


This role would suit an experienced handyman, maintenance person, or individual who has completed part of a plumbing apprenticeship. All required training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success in the Pool Service Technician role. A company vehicle and tools will also be provided for use during the workday.

Requirements of this role

·         Experience in general handy-man, plumbing, or maintenance roles

·         Excellent communication skills

·         A natural flair for detail

·         Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage own workflow

·         Proactive approach to work

·         Ability to complete manual handling tasks and carry up to 25kg

·         Basic computer literacy

·         Current Australian driver’s license


The role will require a reasonable level of fitness and comfort working outside in a wide range of conditions.
