Seeking Administrator and Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Liaising with & visiting various site contacts & honesty and trust
• Tracking, managing and validating data across systems
• Answering all incoming phone calls and enquiries
• Updating and maintaining customer accounts
• Record keeping and filing of all paperwork
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High attention to detail
• High level data entry skills
• At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Email
• The ability to work effectively as part of a close team with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise work under pressure
