The Mental Health Respite: Carer Support program is Transitioning to the NDIS. The transition component of the role aims to manage the transition of existing activities.

This role engages with clients to support and facilitate the transition of people with severe mental illness to the NDIS, including assistance with the application and planning processes where requested by the person with the mental illness.

If you have relevant tertiary qualifications in Mental Health,  extensive knowledge in the mental health sector and demonstrated ability to work directly with clients with diagnosed mental illness and their carers you are encouraged to apply for this great opportunity.
