We are a farm machinery dealership for brands such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Challenger, Valtra, Iseki, Gleaner and Trimble amongst others. We also provide parts for and service all brands of farm machinery.
As a senior member of our team, your role will be to oversee the day to day operations of the workshop, allocating tasks to mechanical staff and working closely with the parts, sales and administration departments.
An example of the task required are listed below:
· Answer and direct phone enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner for job bookings
· Booking clients machines for repairs
· Organising technicians weekly rosters
· Creating Repair Orders and closing them
· Mechanical background an advantage
· Efficient management of all aspects of the Service Department
· Collation and presentation of weekly efficiency/productivity reports
· A ‘can-do’ attitude where you love to ‘get things done and ticked off your list’
You are:
· A self starter who shows initiative
· Able to work without supervision at times
· Be a positive member of an energetic team of professionals
· Use your best judgement to overcome small conflicts
This is a full time position located at our Ballarat dealership with an immediate start available to the right applicant.
