Accounts Administration – Maternity Leave – Part Time Approx 20 – 25 Hrs

About the business and role:

Resicare Builders are a well established Commercial Builder based in Ballarat & Geelong. A Part Time Maternity Leave position has become available to join the business at our Head Office in Alfredton, Ballarat.

We require the services of an experienced accounts payable & receivable administration assistant for a period of 8-12 months commencing in March 2021.

This is a crucial role and your ability to enter data with full accuracy is vital. Essential attributes include confidentiality, efficiency, attention to detail, punctuality and a reliable team player.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

Duties will be related to general accounts payable, receivable, data entry & file maintenance.

Skills and experience:

Skills needed to perform this role would include:

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

·         Ability to quickly adapt to new software packages

·         Experience in accounts is preferred

·         Experience in CHEOPS is desirable but not essential
