You will be working alongside experienced Charcuterie Producers to assist with our increasing workload. The successful applicant will have a work positive attitude, excellent knife skills, a willingness to learn new techniques and be able to integrate into an established team atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to produce terrines, mortadella, sausages, hams, bacon and dry cured products. Learn our process of butchery, small goods production and the food safety requirements for making our product.

The successful applicant will display the following attributes:
- Hard worker
- Physically capable of manual work
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt their skill set
- Excellent knife skills
- Butchery experience is an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Love for food & a passion for quality produce
- Knowledge of Salumi & Charcuterie would be advantageous
