We are seeking someone experienced in administration and accounts for a minimum of 6 hours per week.
Duties will include:
Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Processing of invoices and management of debtors
Bank and credit card reconciliations and banking
Provide financial information on P&L, cashflow as required
Manage and process payroll
Other general administration tasks as required, such as drafting correspondence or other documentation; taking phone calls; etc
Experience in an accounts role and working with Xero and Microsoft Office will be well regarded. We are looking for somebody who can bring a strong work ethic, organisation skills, enthusiasm and initiative to the role.
