Wiltronics is a small to medium sized business located in Ballarat. A permanent position is available for an experienced and motivated administration assistant. This opportunity needs an enthusiastic person, to help our team to deliver the highest level of service to our client base.
The responsibilities of this position may include:
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Answering phones & directing enquiries
- Mail collection and distribution
- Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Banking
- General office duties
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate Data Entry Skills
- Previous Administration experience with a POS system, MYOB or other accounting systems.
- A car and a current driver’s licence
This role is a full time position, Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:05pm however it could be negotiable to a part-time position, Monday-Friday at a minimum of 9:00am – 3:05pm or similar if required
