Experience

Pharmacy Assistant  (2011 –2015)

Advantage Pharmacy and Priceline Pharmacy (Horsham)

As part of the team, I opened and closed the store, stocked shelves and rotated stock, closed the registers at the end of the day and handled money for change from the store safe. Managed catalogue ticketing and catalogue set up/preparation. Was responsible as part of the team and individually for the general cleanliness of the store, serving and assisting customers in all areas of the store meaning a wide but general range of knowledge on all products and operation of registers. I also assisted a handful of times delivering patients medications and other shopping as part of the home delivery service that we had in place at the store.

Pharmacy Assistant (2015-2020)

Chemist Warehouse (Alfredton and Sebastopol)

As an individual and as part of the team, I assisted in the opening and closing of the store, marking off stock deliveries, ordering for certain areas of the store, re stocking shelves and rotating stock. Handling of different medications working in the dispensary as a dispensary assistant. Assisted in store stock take twice a year, operation of registers and assisting and performing refunds and exchanges. General cleanliness of the store was always something we had to be on top of as part of the team and as individuals also. Serving customers in a store with such variety of products meant completing trainings to gain and maintain knowledge of the different products we provided in the store. Working here also taught me and improved my skills working in a very busy and high pressure environment throughout the stores.
